If you don’t know Todrick Hall let me get you a little familiar. He’s a vocalist, actor, director, and choreographer from Texas who has skyrocketed with the YouTube platform. My love for Mr. Hall developed when I discovered his “Snow White and the Seven Thugs” video on YouTube a couple of months back. You may also recognize the 30-year-old from American Idol season 9, he made it to the semi-finals, and he’s also under the management of Scooter Braun, yeah that Scooter who manages Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber.
The latest video the Broadway actor came up with is pretty awesome. Todrick Hall compiled over 70 songs, including a few bonus tracks, from Beyoncé and compressed them in a highly choreographed medley. I mean Todrick took it back to “Hollywood,” “Speechless,” and “Check Up On It.” This video was genius. In the description of the video Hall reveals, “This took four single take performances of memorizing four different sets of lyrics & choreography (ironically this was filmed in four hours), and is exactly four minutes in length because of Beyonce’s connection to the number 4.” Did Todrick know this was GGB’s 4th year. This maybe our new lucky number.
And if this is not enough Todrick Hall for you, be sure to check out his new reality show series on MTV called “TODRICK” premiering this summer, Monday, August 31st at 10PM EST.
Watch Todrick Hall perform an original medley of every Beyoncé song ever in the awesome clip below. Be sure to share your thoughts in the comments.
