Bobby Brown Performs at Verizon Theatre in Grand Prairi, Texas – Tells Audience “Bobbi Is Awake” [VIDEO]

Bobby Brown appeared as a special guest and performed during a show at the Verizon Theatre in Grand Prairie, Texas over the weekend and revealed news on the status of his daughter Bobbi Kristina, his only child with the late singer Whitney Houston.

During the show on Saturday, Brown told the audience “I can say today, Bobbi is awake. She’s watching me,” naturally the crowd went wild, but other sources are saying Brown’s statements are not what we think.

A family source told PEOPLE that Bobbi Kristina is still in a coma and has not woken up. The source said, “As far as I know, there’s been no change. We’re still hoping and praying that God will perform a miracle. We are leaving it in God’s hands.”

Bobbi Kristina has been the topic of conversation and heavy prayer for the past couple of months after she was discovered unconscious at her home in Georgia back in January. Since then, Bobbi Kristina had been placed in a medically induced coma and moved into a long-term care facility in Georgia.
