TV Time: John Legend and Common Battle It Out On ‘Lip Sync Battle’ [VIDEO]

The premiere of Spike’s Lip Sync Battle started off with two new back-to-back episodes with host LL Cool J and his sidekick/commentator Chrissy Teigen moderating battles between Common vs. John Legend and Jimmy Fallon vs. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

In the first round of the battle between John Legend and Common; Common took on The Jackson’s 5 “I Want You Back,” with Legend rapping Juvenile’s “Slow Motion.

The second round allows the performers to dress in full costume and have any addition props they would like, i.e. background dances. Common rocked a jheri curl wig as he performed Lionel Richie’s “Up All Night.” John Legend showed off some serious chest as he channeled MC Hammer with “U Can’t Touch This”

Common may have taken home the Lip Sync Battle champion title, but who really won in your opinion?
