Ben Stiller Announces ‘Zoolander 2’ During Valentino Show At Paris Fashion Week

The Valentino Show at Paris Fashion Week got the blue steel treatment from Ben Stiller and his 2001 “Zoolander” character Derek along with Owen Wilson as Hansel as they took the runway officially announcing the sequel to the popular film.

Following the surprise moment during the show, social media took off with tweets and posts about the follow-up film about the world of male modeling. Paramount Pictures tweeted, “So hot right now: Derek & Hansel blaze down the @MaisonValentino runway, #Zoolander2 announced. Coming Feb. 12, 2016.” [SEE BELOW]

Along with Stiller and Wilson, Will Ferrell and Christine Taylor are expected to reprise their roles with Penélope Cruz joining the cast.

The plot is said to follow Derek and Hansel as they get back into modeling with an “opposing company” set to take them out of business. “Zoolander 2” will debut in theaters February 12, 2016.
