Keke Palmer and Cory Hardrict star in the coming of age film “Brotherly Love,” appearing in theaters next month.
Palmer and Hardrict play siblings Jackie and June Taylor along with Eric D. Hill Jr. as Sergio Taylor, the nation’s biggest high school basketball star at Overbrook High School in Philadelphia, PA.
The film’s plot centers around The Taylors as Sergio tackles pressures of “hood fame,” while older brother June resorts to a life of crime in order to help his family following the death of their father. Lastly, Jackie has dreams of becoming a recording artist, but with a new love coming into her life, the road to music success gets rocky, combining sports, music, and following your own path in the city of Brotherly Love.
The all-star cast also features: Macy Gray, Romeo Miller, Marc John Jefferies, Faizon Love, Logan Browning, Malik Yoba, Julito McCullum, and introducing Quincy Brown.
