Wedding Bliss: Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden Married

Cameron Diaz and Benjamin Madden aka Benji Madden, took over the internet Monday when it was announced that the low-key couple exchanged vows in Los Angeles.

The “Annie” actress and Good Charlotte rock star said their “I Do’s” during an intimate ceremony at their home with a reception under a tent following.

Drew Barrymore, Diaz “Charlie’s Angels” co-star, and Nicole Richie, Madden’s sister-in-law, were bridesmaids for the wedding; Madden’s nephew Sparrow was ring bearer, and the A-listers at Diaz/Madden wedding didn’t stop there. Some of the other big names in attendance were: Gwyneth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon, Samantha Ronson, Jeffrey Katzenberg, and Robin Antin.

In a statement to People, the couple said, “We couldn’t be happier to begin our new journey together surrounded by our closest family and friends.”

Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden were first rumored to be dating last Spring. Things became serious when Diaz moved into Madden’s home over the summer. In December, engagement rumors sparked when an engagement ring was spotted on Diaz’ finger.
