Joan Rivers Reportedly On Life Support Resulted From Going Into Cardiac Arrest

First let me say that I have been following the news about Joan Rivers health and decided not to post about it because I thought the situation wasn’t that serious and Rivers would be well by now but that is not the cast.

If you are at a lost, famed comedienne Joan Rivers was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital in New York this past Thursday after going into cardiac arrest. She was reportedly at a doctor’s office having a procedure done when she stopped breathing.

Since then, the 81-year-old Fashion Police host was placed in a medically induced coma and now reports are saying that Rivers has been placed on life support. Melissa Rivers, daughter of Joan, made a statement stating, “We are keeping our fingers crossed.”

Prayers are with Joan Rivers and her family during this tragic time.
