Music Beef: Lil Kim Reveals New Music Cover Art Featuring Nicki Minaj Image [PHOTO]

Why can’t we all just get along? “I wish I could bake a cake filled with rainbows and smiles and everyone would eat and be happy,” but the hip hop/rap game doesn’t work like that.

After Lil Kim invited herself on Beyoncé‘s “Flawless Remix” featuring Nicki Minaj to diss the “Anaconda” rapper; Lil Kim is taking the brewing beef a step further by placing Minaj as the cover art for new music from her upcoming mixtape.

Wednesday on Instagram, Lil Kim uploaded an image of a New Jersey driver’s license with an image of Nicki Minaj in a green wig but with the name Kimberly Jones, Kim’s real name. The words “Lil Kim” and “Identity Theft” also appear on the image. Kim used the caption, “Be careful what you wish for… #HardCoreMixtapeUpNext #TheQueenIsBack #QueenBee.” [SEE ENLARGED BELOW]

I personally feel Lil Kim was a beast back in the day and that’s why she was “queen bee” but the rap industry is different, very different from when she first came out. I honestly don’t see where Lil Kim can fit in the way rap is now or how she can evolve to fit the times. I don’t think she should stop making music especially if that’s what she loves to do but maybe find another outlet because this beef nonsense is reaching.
