Adrienne Bailon Covers ‘Latina’ Mag and Talks Kardashian Backlash – Kim Kardashian Responds

Adrienne Bailon covers the latest issue of Latina magazine and speaks openly about how her relationship with Rob Kardashian did more bad than good for her personally and for her career.

The Real talk show co- host revealed, “To be stuck with that Kardashian label, that was so hurtful to me and to my career. I probably realized that too late — not that it would’ve affected my decisions in terms of who I dated, but it would’ve affected my decision to appear on the show.”

She continued to reflect about her time on the show stating, “At the time, I didn’t think anyone would even care. To this day, people will still say, ‘You ruined Rob’s life!’ and I’ll think, Damn, I was still playing with Barbie dolls when I met him.” In the rest of the article, Bailon talked about her views on cheating and how she felt finding out it happened to her. For someone who’s over the situation so much, she sure does find ways to bring him up in conversation.

Bailon and Kardashain dated for two years and got tattoos of each other’s name. They split in 2009 due to infidelity on Kardashian’s part. On Keeping Up With The Kardashians, viewers saw how Rob desperately tried to win Adrienne back only to find she was “in another relationship.” Last year Bailon revealed on The Real that is was a made up relationship to get Rob to stop calling. This year she publicly got her Rob Kardashian name tattoo removed.

Like any close family, the Kardashains do not play when it comes to defending each other against outsides who have negative things to say about their family. Kim Kardashian West is no exceptions.

After catching wind of Bailon’s comments, Kardashian West took to Twitter to share her opinion on the subject. In a stream of tweets she posted, “Funny how she says being with a Kardashian hurt her career yet the only reason she has this article is bc she is talking about a Kardashian.” Kimmie continued with, “#LetItGoooooLetItGoooooo (FROZEN VOICE),” and “So sad when people try to kick my brother when he is down #FamilyForever.” [SEE BELOW] Burn!
