Chelsea Handler Is Heading To Netflik And With A Talk Show

And Netflik just got a little bit better thanks to Chelsea Handler.

Following Chelsea Handler’s seven year stint hosting Chelsea Lately on E!, the 39-year-old blonde is taking her talk show talents to the online media streaming website in 2016.

In a statement, Ted Sarandos, Netflix’s chief content officer, said, “The Internet has disrupted many of the conventions of traditional television and together with Chelsea Handler, Netflix is looking forward to reimagining the late night talk show for the on-demand generation, starting with the late night part.”

The “Uganda Be Kidding Me” author’s new show is set to begin at the start of 2016 along with exclusive streams of Chelsea Handler’s “standup and docu-comedy” specials.

There’s no working title for Handler’s talk show or any reports on how often the show will stream. The talk show however will follow her current show’s format with guest interviews and commentary on current events.

I for one am very excited about Chelsea Handler’s new deal and talk show. The only thing better than Chelsea Handler is Chelsea Handler uncensored!
