First Look: Eli Roth Brings New Horror Film With ‘Green Inferno’ [TRAILER]

Horror genre mastermind Eli Roth (“Hostel”/”Cabin Fever”) is back directing yet another twisted film with “The Green Inferno.”

Lorenza Izzo and Sky Ferreira star in the film as part of a group of activists who travel from New York to the Amazon in order to save a dying tribe.

On the way there, their tiny plane crashes in the middle of the jungle. They are found and held captive by the tribe they were desperately trying to save, who also are cannibals. So, yeah, I don’t see this ending well for them.

“The Green Inferno” will be in theaters September 5, 2014.
