Jennifer Lopez Explains Why She Didn’t Want To Dance With Jennifer Lawrence to ‘Access Hollywood’ [VIDEO]

Access Hollywood reporter Liz Hernandez caught up with Jennifer Lopez on the 2014 Billboard Music Awards red carpet to talk fashion, her Icon Award and why she refused to dance with Jennifer Lawrence.

Late last week, Jen Law stopped by The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon to discuss “X-Men:Days of Future Past” and shared an embarrassing moment with JLO when she asked her to dance and she refused.

On the Billboard red carpet Lopez cleared up why she didn’t dance telling Hernandez, “She [Lawrence] was like, ‘Let’s go dance,’ and I was like, ‘No, I’m good right here,’ but I didn’t mean it like ‘I don’t want to dance with you.’ I just meant like, it’s so crowded in here let’s stay right here.”

So next time Jen Law, just make sure it’s plenty of dancing space when you ask JLO for a dance.
