QOTD: Was Naya Rivera Fired From ‘Glee’?

One of the lead characters from Fox’s hit series Glee may be leaving the show for good.

According to Gossip Cop, actress Naya Rivera, who plays Santana Lopez on the show, could have possibly been fired from the show.

A source tells the gossip patrol website that the 27-year-old actress, who has been with Glee from the start in 2009, has had her trailer emptied and her pass from for the Paramount lot, where the show is taped, “has been taken away.”

Gossip Cop is also reporting that the main reason Rivera had issues with the show is from walking off set a few times costing the series money.

Other media outlets are reporting that Naya Rivera was fired from the series already while others are saying that the decision is still up in the air.

No one from Rivera’s camp or producers from Glee has commented on the rumors circulating.

UPDATE[5/5/14] Naya Rivera has NOT been fired from Glee. A statement from the Associated Press read “There is no truth to the rumor Naya has been fired from the show. She remains under contract to ‘Glee,.'”
