I think we can all agree on the same question. What in the world is up with Shia LaBeouf? He’s saying his latest headlines are forms of “performance art,” while others think he simply lost his marbles; I’m on the fence so let’s recap his 2014 thus far.
Ok so, Shia has been going on a binge of claiming not to be famous anymore all starting with a continuous stream of tweets simply stating, “I AM NOT FAMOUS ANYMORE,” dating back to January 13.
The 27-year-old actor took his message a step further when he walked the “Nymphomaniac Volume I” red carpet during the Berlin Film Festival wearing a tuxedo and a brown paper bag on his head with the words, “I Am Not Famous Anymore.”
But before that peak in the craziness, LaBeouf walked out of the Berlin “Nymphomaniac” press conference this past Sunday after saying, “When the seagulls follow the trawler, it’s because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea. Thank you very much.” an exact replicated event done by French soccer player Eric Cantona in 1995.
And before that he was in a bar fight in London head-butting a guy. I just can’t with Shia right now. It’s like if you don’t want to be famous stop doing all these things to make yourself famous or infamous I should say.
What do you think about Shia LaBeouf’s latest antics? Do you think he’s really doing “performance art?”
