About Time: Kelly Rowland FINALLY Confirms Engagement

It’s always great to hear news straight from the horse’s mouth, in this case, former Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland is finally confirming the news of her engagement.

Sources confirmed to US Weekly the news of the engagement but Miss Rowland herself shared the news during an appearance on The Queen Latifah Show which will air on Wednesday.

CONFIRMED: KELLY ROWLAND ENGAGED

During the interview, Queen Latifah asked “did he put a ring on it or did he put a ring on it?” Rowland smiled, held up her ring and replied, “He put a ring on it.”

The 32-year-old X Factor judge is engaged to her manager/boyfriend Tim Witherspoon and explained to Queen how he proposed to her via Skype. “It was so late, I remember we were both just kinda like, honestly, just staring at each other. And he asked me, and it was just that simple to say yes.”

Awwwww, she added, “I was like, ‘I got my best friend to ride through life with.’ He really is my best friend.” Good for you Kelly!
