2013 AMA Performances: Miley Cyrus & Cat, Lady Gaga and “President” R Kelly + More

The 2013 American Music Awards aired on Sunday, November 24 in Los Angeles on ABC.

Pitbull hosted the night celebrating music and fan voted awards. Justin Timberlake and Taylor Swift were the big winners of the night with JT taking home three awards and Swifty taking home four awards.

The night also included memorable performances from: Miley Cyrus, she performed “Wrecking Ball” with a huge, crying cat on a screen, Lady Gaga ft. R Kelly, she performed “Do What You Want” with a president theme, Katy Perry’s “Unconditionally” performance received criticism for her Japanese theme, and Rihanna performed “Diamonds” before accepting her Icon Award.
