When asked if the portrayal of black women on reality television is anything like the lives of the four women on stage, Nia Long simply responded, “Absolutely not.” Regina Hall then went on to say, “It’s embarrassing” but “It’s a reality, there are women..that is does exist…I think it’s heightened cause they’re still trying to sell a television show but you know the important thing is that people get to see other images that are just as valid and just as true.”

After that discussion, Hall got the girls to open up about hidden talents when it was revealed that Melissa De Sousa has a flare for rap. Hall got De Sousa to rap “Survival of the Fittest” by Mobb Deep joined by the other “Best Man Holiday” cast.
