Kerry Washington is all smiles on the cover of the December/January issue of Lucky magazine; and she has every reason to be.

2013 has been such a great year for Miss Washington! The 36-year-old actress got married, landed back to back magazine covers, made PEOPLE’s “Most Beautiful” list, hosted Saturday Night Live, is in the most successful season of her hit show Scandal and may or may not be pregnant. Now she’s bringing in 2014 with Lucky.

The brunette beauty rocks a white and purple lace outfit with an orange scarf on the cover. She’s also sporting a choppy bob and her best accessory; that illuminating smile. Washington tweeted about her excitement for the cover posting “WOOO HOOO!” with a photo of the issue.
