Drake Is Not The “Lonely and Emotional” Rapper People Make Him Out To Be – Here’s Why [VIDEO]

Drake has been getting a lot of flack for the type of material he puts out but that’s one of the things I love most about Drake. I can appreciate his heartfelt records.

The Nothing Was The Same artist sat down with Jian Ghomeshi of the “Q” for an interview to discuss just that; the more emotional kind of music he puts out.

“I’m so sick of people saying that I’m lonely and emotional, and associating me with this longing for a woman. I hate that. It bothers me so much,” the “Hold On, We’re Going Home” rapper said.

He continued, “I do make music that makes you feel something. But I’m actually not that guy in real life. I’m very happy…My life is constantly exciting. It’s not some sad, depressing story.”
