Matthew McConaughey Plays A Cowboy With AIDS in “Dallas Buyers Club” [TRAILER]

So remember that time we saw Matthew McConaughey walking around looking like a damn skeleton last August and we had some questions? Then we found out it was for a movie role; well now the trailer for that film, “Dallas Buyers Club,” has been released.

In the film McConaughey plays real-life cowboy Ron Woodroof who is diagnosed with AIDS in the 1980’s. Woodroof then seeks solace in experimental drugs and in turn distributes them to patients who can’t get treatment. Jennifer Garner and Jared Leto also star in the film out this winter.
