‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ Teresa Giudice and Her Husband Joe Giudice May Face Jail Time

Some stars of the Real Housewives of New Jersey have found themselves in some real trouble with the law.

Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice could be facing 30 years in jail for fraud. WOW!

On Tuesday, the Giudices appeared in court on charges of federal fraud and tax related offenses. The couple was released on $500,000 bond after not pleading and surrendering their passports and limiting themselves to local travel.

The Giudices were handed a 39-count federal indictment on Monday, July 29, that charged them with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, bankruptcy fraud, and making false statements on loan applications. The government does not play when it comes to taxes and money!

If convicted, Joe, an Italian citizen, could face deportation and both Teresa and Joe could spend up to 30 years in prison. We’ll have to wait and see how this story unfolds.
