Endless Love: Selena Gomez Says She’ll Always “Care About” and “Protect” Justin Bieber

Sometimes when things end that doesn’t mean they can’t last forever. That is the perfect analogy for the everlasting bond Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber built.

The “Come and Get It” singer, who just turned 21, performed live in Central Park in New York on Friday, July 26, as part of Good Morning America’s summer concert series. Selena performed songs off her new album Stars Dance. 

Before taking the stage, Gomez was asked about her b-day celebration and her current status with the Biebs. She said she maintains a relationship with Justin Bieber “because he and I have had such a history together. And I’ll always care about him and protect him if anybody tries to be mean.” *clethces chest* I think I want Jelena back together more than I want Robsten.
