Question of the Day: Did Kanye West Go On A Rant About Taylor Swift, MTV and Fame?

Kanye West is one angry son of a gun and lives for a rant!

Audio surfaced circa 2009 of an angry West going on a rant about Taylor Swift, MTV, Pink and more. But there’s a catch; it hasn’t been confirmed that the man speaking is actually Kanye West but if you ask me it sounds an awful lot like the Yeezus rapper.

In the audio “Kanye” is speaking with an unidentified woman and gets into his feelings about Taylor Swift’s 2009 VMA win over Beyoncé. He attempts to explain why he interrupted Taylor’s acceptance speech by saying, “When I heard Eminem’s verse on the Drake sh*t, I went back and rewrote my sh*t for two days. I canceled appointments to rewrite! I f**kin’ care!”

He continued, “Because I did that, Taylor Swift cannot win over Beyoncé! Because I wrote my verse in two days, Taylor Swift cannot beat Beyoncé. ‘Cause there ain’t gonna be no more motherf**king Elvises with no James Browns.”

Kanye West then shared theories on fame and MTV ranting, “My mother died for this fame sh*t! I moved to f**kin’ Hollywood chasing this sh*t. My mother died because of this sh*t. F**k MTV.”
