Tupac is hitting the stage again, and no, not like how it was when his hologram took the stage at Coachella in 2012.
A new musical, “Holler If Ya Hear Me” is slated to be in development to premiere as a Broadway play in New York City during the 2013 – 2014 play season.
The play will be inspired by Tupac Shakur’s work and will be directed by Broadway’s “A Raisin in the Sun” Kenny Leon. The play will be set in present day, inner city streets and will show “the challenges faced by two childhood friends and their extended families.” With Tupac’s life as the back drop, his music will be incorporated in the play.
Now this could be a total disaster or the greatest play ever! But tell me what you think in the comments below; Will you go see Tupac on Broadway?
