Taylor Swift’s Abercrombie and Fitch T-Shirts Removed After Fan Petition

If there is one thing to know about fandoms it’s that you should NOT mess with them when it comes to the object of their obsession. The fandom that went hard for their leader in this situation was a dedicated group of Swifties.

Taylor Swift is known for many things: her cat eye makeup and red lipstick, her surprise face, her sweet, country girl demeanor, and her catchy break up songs; but these days, for having a new boyfriend basically for every season. Clothing store Abercrombie & Fitch thought they would cash in on that little fact.

The retail store was selling T-shirts that read, “# more boyfriends than t.s.,” and Swifties were not having. They took to an online petition to get the T-shirt removed from circulation and guess what, it actually worked. A & F took to their Twitter page to offer up these words, “Hey #swifties we no longer sell the tshirt.” and “We <3 Taylor’s music and think she’s awesome!”

Again I say, DON’T mess with a fandom.
