Neil Patrick Harris is truly a jack of all trades and proved it in an over the top way when he opened the 2013 Tony Awards as host on Sunday, June 9, in New York City.

The Tony Awards celebrates the past season in Broadway by honoring all the actors, directors, writers, set designers and all the people who make a Broadway show so successful.

During the opening for the 2013 Tony Awards, Harris was joined by Mike Tyson and members of many Broadway shows including: “Bring It On,” “The Amazing Spider-man,” “Orphans,” and “Kinky Boots.”

Neil Patrick Harris sang direct disses to the cast of “Les Misérables” about performing live and to Shia LaBeouf for his abrupt exit from “Orphans” during his opening. But all wasn’t bad, Harris sang to inspiring actors to not give up on their dreams of Broadway.
