The British Are Coming: River Island Edition

Pip pip, cheerio, my Glamberous mates! It is time for the British Invasion post of the week! Now I know I’ve been posting a lot about music lately, so I’m going to switch it up on you and post about British fashion! Let’s be real, you can’t have pop culture without the fashion to go with it. This spotlight will be on British clothing brand, River Island. Its cute and affordable clothing will have you all swooning!

River Island is similar to Forever 21 or H&M, with really trendy looks and reasonable prices that can be pulled off like they’re thousands of dollars. One of our favorite pop superstars has even got her share in RI. Miss Rihanna teamed up with the brand to debut a fashion line that will be hot for summer! It will include some of her signature edgy looks, with laid back pieces as well.

River Island is a hot spot around London, including Upper East Side comparable Chelsea and Mayfair. It appeals to many demographics though, which makes it an all around great clothing line to celebrate. Plus, it ships to all over, which is the best thing for all of us online shopping fiends. Look out for this one, America. I can already see it becoming a huge hit!
