Reese Witherspoon Explains Her Druken Mistake on Good Morning America [Video]

Reese Witherspoon was perfectly prepped by her publicist before conducting her Thursday, May 2, interview on Good Morning America. 

The “Mud” actress was there to promote her latest film but was questioned about her arrest with her husband Jim Toth late last month in Atlanta, Georgia.

During the interview, Reesie took full responsible for her actions saying she “panicked” over her husband being arrested, she was “very disrespectful” to the arresting officer and that she had “no idea” what she was saying.

Is it strange that I couldn’t stop laughing at this interview? I think the entire situation is hilarious and I don’t know what is funnier?! What Reesie actually said during her arrest OR this Buzzfeed article about the excuses she made during her interview.

I mean the fact that Reesie and her husband was driving under the influence isn’t funny, that’s a very serious matter, but all the things that she reportedly said during her arrest is pure comedy. That’s the part that just tickles me Elmo. But I still love you Reesie, record or not.
