The British Are Coming: Ed Sheeran Edition

Oi, lovelies! I am here with another British invasion post! Now, I know he’s not 100% new, but it wouldn’t be a British invasion without my boy, Ed Sheeran. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Ed, he is a 21-year-old, fun loving, red head (that’s not necessary, but it’s actually totally necessary) from England who has the voice of an ANGEL. Serious.

At the current moment, he’s on the road in the US opening up for Taylor Swift on her “Red” tour. Pretty good eh? This isn’t the first time Sheeran’s been out on the road though. He’s got chops performing as Snow Patrol’s opening act in 2012 and his own shows throughout the UK and Europe. He’s also written songs for many other artists such as Swift and fellow Brit boys One Direction.

Though he writes beautiful melodies and lyrics, such as the likes of “Little Things”(now performed by One Direction on their album, Take Me Home), Sheeran is just a regular guy. He enjoys random tattoos and even has a Lego version of his song, “Lego House.” He keeps it simple with t-shirts, jeans, and Chucks and stays humble about his fame. How can you not love him!
