Fashion Queen: Beyoncé Named Honorary Chair of Met Costume Gala

The 2013 Met Costume Gala just got a little more interesting!

Beyoncé has been named Honorary Chair of Met Costume Gala. So what does this mean? Well, a number of things. Bey will definitely be in attendance at this year’s ball, she will slay (I mean she did last year), and Bey will be co-chair with fashion icon Anna Wintour along with Riccardo Tisci, Lauren Santo Domingo and Rooney Mara.

The annual event that serves as a huge celebration between Fall and Spring New York Fashion Week will take place in New York on Monday, May 6 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The theme this year is Punk: Chaos to Couture.
