Get Ready For MTV Movie Awards 2013

The official award show season has come and gone but for me the best is yet to come!

The 2013 MTV Movie Awards is rapidly approaching and this means a couple of things for me. One, My Kiks and Robbie, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, may reunite and win their fifth consecutive Best Kiss award and I hope to the movie gods they FINALLY kiss when they win this award; I mean “Twilight” fans don’t play, if they are nominated they will win. Two, “Pitch Perfect” & “Bridesmaids” actress Rebel Wilson will be hosting this year so you know it will be hilarious; I am SO excited. And Three, Will Ferrell will be honored with the first ever Comedic Genius Award and I’m willing to bet big money that his acceptance speech will be epic!

Keeping with movie awards past, the winners are voted by the public and the nominations will be announced on Tuesday, March 5 by my fav reporter ever, Josh Horowitz, during the “2013 MTV Movie Awards Nominations Spectacular,” on MTV at 7:58 p.m. ET, followed by a 30-minute live stream on MTV.com. Voting will be open immediately after.

Movie lovers it’s time to get hyped!! The 2013 MTV Movie Awards airs live on Sunday, April 14 in Los Angeles at 9/8c.
