16DOT: R.I.P. Twilight

Parting is such sweet sorrow. No words have been truer spoken regarding The “Twilight” saga. Some have already seen the “epic finale that will live on forever” while many of us still have about 30 hours until part of lives die so I want to take this time to properly mourn “Twilight” and offer up some songs that truly reflect this ending.

To all the vampires that did not make it to end: James, Laurent, Victoria, Riley and countless newborns; we mourn you. To the end of shirtless hot guys in jean cut off shorts running around in the rain; we mourn you. We bid adieu to Volvos that save helpless girls wandering around in the night, peacoats, brooding looks, bad wigs, red contacts, SGI wolfs with no genitals and so much more. At this point in time I invite you to listen to these songs and pay close attention to how these lyrics relate to our fandom.
