I must admit, I didn’t know how I really felt about Taylor Lautner’s new film “Abduction.” The previews were ok, the concept of the film was interesting but seeing Taylor in a character that would not have the possibility of transforming into a fluffy, lovable werewolf was a little sketch to me but after recently seeing “Abduction” I must say Tay Tay did the damn thing!

The movie was GREAT!!! I loved everything about it. And just when I thought he’d stray too far from his “Twilight” character Jacob Black I was pleasantly pleased to see the boy had his shirt off within the first 10 minutes of the movie. *immature* “Oooohhhh” And geesh Taylor Lautner is one buff and very handsome 19-year-old. I found myself giddy with laughter with the sight of him. I think he’s my new celeb crush but back to the movie.

“Abduction” follows Nathan (Lautner) who discovers his childhood photo on a missing child website and his “parents” aren’t really his parents. The movie spirals into an edge of your seat thriller unveiling the truth of where Nathan comes from. In an interview Taylor said the movie was filled with action and suspense and he wasn’t lying. To attract the female audience, like we would pass on a movie with Taylor in it, there was some romance in the film. The kissing scene with Nathan and Karen (Lily Collins) was PRetty hot and steamy! It was a good look ladies. It was also good to see Taylor as another character. This is his first leading role film and his first major role outside of the “Twilight Saga” and I think he did great!

Taylor is a great action star and I know doing his own stunts and being very active in a role is something he loves to do. Look at me talking like I actually know the boy, ha, but he really did great in this film and I can’t wait to see him in other roles as his career takes off. You go Tay!
