On Sunday the subject on pretty much everyone’s mind was getting into the season 7 finale of Game of Thrones. The award-winning beloved HBO fantasy-drama hit record level ratings on Sunday bringing in 12.1 million viewers for “The Dragon and The Wolf” season 7 ending, according to Nielsen.

With HBO Go and HBO Now app views added after the episode the views bumped up to 16.5 million for the longest episode in GOT history. It was 79 minutes of pure awesomeness if that’s even a word because there’s no other way to describe the feelings of what went down.

Fans of the show can attest to that notion for it remained a trending topic on social media especially Twitter with hashtags like: “GameofThrones,” “Arya and Sansa,” “Jon and Dany,” and “Littlefinger” filling timelines.

The 8th and finale season of GOT begins production in October and is slated to premiere in late 2018, early 2019 the latest. The gag of it all is that the finale was so good I don’t even mind the wait. Yes my heart is aching to see how this series ends and God willing I’ll be able to live long enough for it, but I was utterly satisfied with this ending I can just relive this in my mind until the time comes.

For AandBConvoTV, myself and B Wilson provided a super-sized TV recap because we just couldn’t shut up about the show. From #Boatsex to the Stark sisters reigning supreme there’s was not a dull moment in this finale. LIVING!
