Go Through Some Of The ‘Split’ Personalities In The Latest Honest Trailer

Is “Split” the M Night Shyamalan project that redeemed the filmmaker from a batch of not so great suspense films? The folks over at Screen Junkies seem to think so and let us know just how much in the latest Honest Trailer.

James McAvoy starred in the 2017 thriller “Split” about a man with 23 diagnosed personalities who kidnaps 3 girls. Over the course of their captive, the girls meet 8 of the distinct personalities as they desperately try to appeal to one to help them escape.

In the Honest Trailer, Screen Junkies examines McAvoy’s stellar performance as the creepy characters, the victims lack of fight, and “the worst dialogue this side of ‘The Happening.'” The twist ending, which is spoiled in the clip FYI, is applauded as a redeeming quality of what makes the movie so good.
