James Corden served as host to the 2017 Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 12, live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles. While I was hoping Corden would open with an epic Carpool Karaoke, I guess the next best thing would be him rapping about all the people he should do a Carpool Karaoke with.

After awkwardly entering the stage from the ground and falling down them as well, Corden politely asked his back up dancers to leave the stage. He then proceeded to rap a few verses about the nominees up for awards this year and expectations for the evening. Names dropped in the rap were Beyonce, Rihanna, Drake, Sturgill Simpson, Bruno Mars, Demi Lovato, Twenty One Pilots, and more!
