The nominations for the 2017 Academy Awards, aka the Oscars, are here! Surprise, surprise, my latest obsession “La La Land” tops the nominations with a record 14 in various categories. The last films to do so were Titanic” (1997) and “All About Eve” (1950), according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“Arrival” and ” Moonlight” both were the second top films nominated earning 8 noms each. Naturally, #Oscars became a trending topic on Twitter Tuesday with users weighing in on the noms and the snubs, but there was also heavy convo on the diversity this year. No need for #OscarsSoWhite to trend this time.

Jimmy Kimmel is set to host the 2017 Academy Awards on Sunday, February 26 at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood. The show airs live on ABC starting at 5:30 p.m. PT.

Congrats to all the nominees for the 2017 Oscars. Check out the full list below! Be sure to tell me who you’re rooting for in the comments and join me on Twitter for the big night as I live tweet!
