The folks at Screen Junkies didn’t want to, but after popular demand they recorded and released an Honest Trailer for the 2016 reboot of “Ghostbusters” starring Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones.
There has been nothing but demeaning and rude comments about the all female reboot of the 1984 film, so Screen Junkies opted to disable the comments to stop the hate. It’s that bad, but there is some comic relief. The Honest Trailer pokes fun at the parallels to Adam Sandler’s “Pixels,” the extended cut, the cameos of the original cast members, and more.
