Ciara is pregnant and fabulous in a black and white spread for W magazine.
Inside the spread, Ciara rocks a beautiful, white Donna Karan gown, a J.W. Anderson top, and a Junya Watanabe biker jacket and talks love and motherhood.
“My mom and I don’t have a lot of photos of my early years. So I decided we should document everything. This is one of those moments you can’t repeat,” the “Body Party” singer said about documenting her pregnancy.
Ciara then joked about conceiving her child with fiancé Nayvadius D. Wilburn aka Future. “We created ‘Body Party’, and that song created something else—and that’s why we’re here,” she said touching her baby bump.
She also added that she doesn’t know if she wants her child to follow in the footsteps of her musical parents but said, “It’s a really hard world. If that’s what their heart yearns for, then I’m down. I believe in allowing your child to be who they want to be—as long as they want to be something great.”
Ciara revealed to W that she and pal Kim Kardashian had mommy talks where Ci and Kardashian talked breastfeeding and strollers but Kimmie didn’t spill tips on losing baby weight. Fortunately for Ciara, she has that covered. “As soon as the body says hit the gym, I’m gonna hit the gym. I’ve been having a lot of food fun. I don’t want to sound too cocky, but I consider myself superwoman.”
