Isaiah Stephens is one hell of an artist and is bringing back all those amazing childhood memories I had just from watching TV.

I’ve seen some on Stephens’ work come across my Tumblr dash from time to time but now the folks over at Buzzfeed are highlighting all of Stephens’ best work from his 1990’s cartoon character gallery.

In the collection Isaiah Stephens revamps and ages characters from Recess, Hey Arnold, South Park, Rugrats, Dexter’s Laboratory and more. But wait, let’s talk about Phil from the Rugrats being the bait. I see you Phil.
