Zac Efron and Dave Franco Star in “Neighbors” – Get Your First Look At The Red Band Trailer [VIDEO]

Back when the film was called “Townies,” we got glimpses of Zac Efron and Dave Franco in a new film they were in the midst of.

Now with a new name, we can get the first look at “Neighbors.” The film stars Franco and Efron as frat boys Pete and Teddy Sanders who move their fraternity house next door to a loving couple with a newborn – Mac and Kelly Radner (Seth Rogen and Rose Bryne).

A rivalry begins with the foursome as they struggle to come to terms with being polite neighbors; let the laughs begin.

The film is set to be in theaters May 9, 2014. Watch the red band trailer for “Neighbors” below.
