Cover Girl Werk: Oprah Rocks Huge Afro on O Magazine Cover

Oprah Winfrey is basically the queen of everything and is reigning supreme on the September cover of O magazine.

On the cover of O, the media mogul is wearing a 3.5 pound wig and form-fitting orange dress. Orange is definitely the new black on this cover. In the issue, hair is discussed and Oprah makes the confession that the huge afro is not all hers, “I wish I could say it was all mine. In fact, though, it’s borrowed. And it feels like carrying around an extra head,” Oprah said.

“My own hair is shorter, not quite so spherical, and a lot lighter. But that doesn’t mean it never gives me grief. When it comes to hair, I’m in the same boat as most every other woman.”

Outside of looking flawless on this cover, Oprah Winfrey has yet another highly anticipated interview coming up; this time with former child actress Lindsay Lohan. Check out a quick teaser of the interview below which will air in full on Sunday, August 18 at 9/8c on OWN.
