Ben Affleck Set To Host SNL Season Finale, Plus Kristen Wiig Returns

As Saturday Night Live, SNL, prepares to close its 38th season, the sketch comedy show isn’t holding anything back. 

The season finale takes place in a little over two weeks on May 18 and the big honor of hosting the final show of the season goes to “Argo” director and actor Ben Affleck. And if you think Ben’s fifth appearance on the show isn’t a big deal guest who will be the musical guest? None other than the ever entertaining and Kim Kardashian’s baby daddy, Kanye West.

But that’s not all! SNL is giving us another treat by bringing back former show regular Kristen Wiig to host for the first time. Wiig will host on Saturday, May 11, with musical guest Vampire Weekend.

I loved Kristen Wiig on SNL; she did some of the best bits! I’m excited to see what crazy things she’ll do as a host for Saturday Night Live but I hope she does some of her old classics like “The Lawrence Welk Show” below.
